My hope is to create a warm, welcoming space for individuals 18+ to feel supported in their healing through holistic, integrative methods.

I work with individuals & those in relationships (romantic, work, family, etc.) to heal, reconnect with self/others, and enhance coping skills using talk therapy and somatic approaches.
