My Approach
Imagine a space where you can take a moment, breathe, and feel safe to be yourself. I am here to listen to your vulnerabilities, honour your humanness, and celebrate times of growth. By nurturing a trusting rapport, we can form a collaborative partnership that evokes inspiration and confidence, empowering you to approach those challenging moments.
Using a blend of compassion, curiosity, and creativity, paired with skill building, I open the space for gentle exploration, welcoming your inner emotions, thoughts and experiences. As a multiracial woman, I bring awareness and acknowledge the complex interconnections of our experiences and aspects of our identity that have affected our unique sense of self. Together, we will connect to your inner wisdom to help you actively partake in your healing journey.
On A Personal Note
I am passionate about movement and can be found out in nature on long walks or runs, swims or playing sports such as tennis. Music holds a special place in my heart and I can always be found listening to music or playing the piano or connecting my love for music and movement through dance. I love to travel and spend time with family and friends. I am an animal lover who owns a large fluffy dog
