My Approach

Thanks for being here! I understand that starting something new can be daunting. My hope is to provide a warm and welcoming space where we can ease into a process of discovering, healing, learning, and understanding together. During our sessions, I strive to foster a collaborative dynamic while using a person-centred, solution-focused, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and intersectional approach. My ultimate goal is to ensure that you feel heard, seen, validated, and supported throughout your journey, with a few laughs along the way when needed.

I believe in taking a mindful and self-compassionate approach to well-being, viewing it holistically. No matter where you are in your journey, I will create a genuine, non-judgmental, therapeutic environment where you can share your experiences openly. In this space, you will be encouraged to embrace your full potential through increased self-awareness, self-kindness, and grace, giving you the confidence to work towards your unique goals.

On A Personal Note

I'm a total dog person—show me a picture of your pup, and we might veer off-topic, but that's totally fine!

I recharge in various ways; a good cup of tea usually does the trick. You'll often find me outdoors with my partner and our dog, camping and travelling. I'm also drawn to water—give me a lake, ocean, or river to gaze at, and I'm content. I also enjoy attending concerts, ranging from alternative rock to musical theatre. At home, I enjoy catching up on shows, dancing and singing while cooking or baking. Lately, I’ve been practicing living more mindfully, making time for myself and loved ones, and tending to my own cup first.
