My Approach
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to meeting people where they are, honouring their unique stories, and creating a safe, compassionate space free of judgment. In our sessions, I strive to connect with the richness of their experiences - exploring their emotions, reflecting on the past, and envisioning the future they want to create. I believe that self-discovery is a transformative journey that brings us closer to understanding and embracing who we truly are.
I help people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or stuck amid life’s transitions and stress. Clients struggling with trauma, relationship challenges, parenting worries, or the pressure of academic and career demands often come to me feeling disconnected or unsure of their next steps. Together, we transform those feelings into clarity, confidence, and balance by integrating mindfulness practices and cultivating meaningful, goal-aligned actions. My focus is on helping you reconnect with the life you want, one step at a time.
On A Personal Note
I enjoy travelling worldwide; it allows me to understand various cultures and perspectives of individuals. Connecting with new people fills me with excitement, and my sense of purpose comes alive when I can understand and help someone in need. Making a positive impact on people's lives gives me immense satisfaction. When I think about self-care, what comes to mind is embracing self-love and engaging in mindfulness practices.
I spent over 30 years of my life in South Asian nations before relocating to Canada. The experiences I acquired during my time there have significantly enhanced my ability to build relationships with clients. My multicultural upbringing has taught me that every individual has a distinct viewpoint shaped by their own culture, and I am always interested to hear about different cultures from my clients and understand them from their point of view.
