My Approach

I believe in holding space for self-discovery and reconnection of one's power through safe, compassionate, non-judgmental dialogue and exploring one's innermost thoughts and feelings.

Within our therapeutic relationship, I hope that you’ll…

  • discover your innate wisdom and skills that will empower you to live your life in alignment with your values

  • experience warmth and respect that will foster deep confidence in your ability to problem-solve, make choices, and find solutions to your current life circumstances

  • experience a cooperative working alliance as you reconstruct the story of your life in a way that aligns with your authentic self

  • develop a sense of inner/somatic safety in order to process chronic or what has felt like long-lasting emotional, psychological, and physiological effects of trauma.

Most importantly, I hope you experience compassion and a deep sense of empathy as we walk alongside each other on your healing journey.

On A Personal Note

I enjoy the wonders of travel and aimlessly explore new cities, sights, and attractions across the globe with my partner and children. Switzerland has captured my heart and has become one of my favourite countries to visit. In addition, I often find myself immersed in hobbies such as abstract oil painting, poetry, music, and reading during my free time. Being and feeling connected is important to me, and I appreciate the space shared between myself and cherished loved ones and friends.
