“I bring my humanness into therapeutic conversations by fostering a genuine and relatable connection. I show up in sessions as my true, imperfect, and authentic self. I have a soft and curious spirit and am transparent, honest, and non-judgmental. I am intrigued by the odd and quirky, the painful and beautiful facets of the human experience. I seek to normalize our complexities and longings to be accepted, belong, and feel understood. With this, I utilize self-disclosure when therapeutically appropriate to connect on a deeper level with those I support. I am comfortable being open and vulnerable, sharing my experiences and emotions, and if we work together, you might hear me ask, “May I share something?”
